How can I find out what my child needs?

I offer free assessments for any potential client. I’ll share the results with you along with my recommendations, even if my recommendation is that your child is doesn’t need the extra help. No pressure, no hassle.

What is the fee structure? 

The initial reading assessment is free, beyond that I charge $40/hour. I do offer a 10% discount if you pay in advance for at least 6 sessions.

What is the cancellation policy? 

Things happen, sometimes you have to cancel. It’s not ideal for either of us but it happens; I do encourage you to reschedule instead (rescheduling is not a cancellation). If you cancel at least 5 days prior to your appointment time, I will provide a 100% refund. If you cancel at 2 days prior, I refund 75%. If you cancel on the day prior I will refund 50%. 

What is the rescheduling policy?

While I prefer you stick to your appointment time, I never want to discourage you from rescheduling. Someone gets sick, or you have to deal with an emergency, by all means, reschedule. I only require a one hour notice. Beyond that, there’s no fee.
