I offer individualized learning plans to all my clients based off each learner’s strengths and areas of improvement. I offer a free reading assessment to all clients. This assessment will help in creating your child’s individualized learning plan. The length of each tutoring sessions will depend on where your child is at in their reading journey. See below for more information on the possible stage of reading your child may be at.
Free Reading Assessment
Book a free reading assessment with me. I’ll have your child read with me for just a few minutes to determine their reading level. I will share those results with you and my recommendations based on those results.
Beginner Reader Session
30-minute sessions for those children that are just beginning to read. Each session includes instruction and practice with letter identification, letter sounds and rhyming words.
Early / Intermediate Reader Session
1-hour sessions to work on mastery.
Early Readers
Theses sessions include instruction on phonics and vocabulary and practice reading books and writing about what they read.
Intermediate Readers
These sessions include instruction and practice with morphemes (prefixes, suffixes and roots). We will practice reading fluently and answering questions over the reading.
